This policy is understood in all cases without prejudice to the provisions of the corresponding Legal Notice.

The USER guarantees that they are over 14 years of age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
The USER undertakes to inform SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. of any changes to the information provided, by sending an email identifying themselves as a USER of the WEBSITE and specifying the information to be updated.

For any action beyond the fulfilment of the contract, the user will require written authorisation from SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying or viewing the configuration and structure of servers owned by SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A., and shall assume civil and criminal liability for any incident that may arise on the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious conduct on their part.
Intellectual Property Rights

- Cracks, software serial numbers or any other content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in contravention of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
- The use of the domain mail server and email addresses for the sending of unsolicited bulk email.
The user bears full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, third-party claims and legal actions relating to intellectual property, third-party rights and the protection of minors.
The user is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and rules relating to the operation of online services, e-commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, and the universal principles governing the use of the Internet.
The user shall indemnify SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. for any costs incurred as a result of SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. being implicated in any proceedings for which liability is attributable to the user, including legal defence fees and expenses, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.
Protection of Hosted Information
SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. performs backups of content hosted on its servers; however, it accepts no liability for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been removed and/or modified during the period elapsed since the last backup.
The services offered, with the exception of specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content held in backups carried out by SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. where such loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a fee will be determined in accordance with the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to prior acceptance by the user.
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price where the loss of content is due to causes attributable to SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A.
Commercial Communications
In accordance with the LSSI, SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorised by the recipients. Where a prior contractual relationship exists with a user, SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. is authorised to send commercial communications relating to products or services of SM2 SOFTWARE & SERVICES MANAGEMENT, S.A. that are similar to those originally contracted by the client.
In any case, the user, upon verifying their identity, may request that no further commercial information be sent to them through the Customer Service channels.
